Shut Down Preparator - Immediate start
Prime International are urgently seeking to place an experienced shut down Preparator.
Initially you will receive a 6 month contract, with an extension quite likely.
For the shutdown preparation, the Shutdown preparator will ensure the preparation of the post transition date operations are duly prepared in term of HSE, organization, resources, scope of work, documents, materials.
MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE;
•Coordinate with all stakeholders and compile information for development of Integrated Shutdown Plans for Planned Shutdowns.
•Identification of Shutdown work scopes from SAP and developing detail on SAP Work Orders: Implement the preparation information (WO, workpacks, documents, isolation PID, green book,...) into the systems to ensure readiness for a smooth transition in July 2017.
•Supervises multi-disciplinary preparation team sin charge of work list, resources, documents and work packs and report progress and consistency of all actions undertaken by the team.
•Establish manpower planning draft, to achieve maintenance/shutdown schedule compliance, ensure all offshore resources including manpower, materials, consumables etc. requirements for shutdown are planned and sourced in a timely manner to meet scheduled shutdown delivery commitments and avoid any unwarranted delays.
•Propose and co-ordinate the update of all the site procedures used for the turnaround, and if necessary, have any missing procedures prepared.
•Be prepared for the co-ordination of preparation of all activities for work performed during turnaround (Maintenance, Investments Projects or Renovation).
•Organise the technical (technical files) and general (logistics – infrastructures) preparation for all aspects of the turnaround.
•Take the necessary decisions for the preparation to proceed smoothly and report to the line management on the key decisions made.
•Monitor and identify progress in shutdown planning and identify conflicts and/or clashes and implement corrective actions.
•Be ready for execution of shutdown after commencement date of operating
•Support the shutdown Lead during offshore implementation; conduct daily schedule review meetings with cross functional team during shutdown.
•Provide regular progress of shutdown work to all stakeholders
•Organise the shutdown work list, documentation, work pack, isolation plans and ensure that it is effective and accurate. This documentation will be archived at the end of the shutdown. Prepare and report relevant information to line management,
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONNEMENT
Position is in a JV operating oil &gas facility with offshore/onshore (non producing) sites, based in Doha, Qatar.
The position is part of the transition phase and is on resident basis (5 days a week).
